Quadrant IV - Tijuana Site Visit

On January 19th, two group members and I visited our site in Tijuana to better understand the neighborhood and social fabric. We conduct the majority of our research online through satellite imagery, but certain questions can only be answered in person. Small contextual details are forsaken through computer screens. Visiting the site in person allowed me to focus on specific questions we developed through initial research.
